Latest Obsession

Making bread, that's right, bread. Despite being able to easily obtain the perfect loaf for $1, I am obsessed, in perfecting my own bread. Almost an enact need to get back to the basics of some sort.

    how's the bread making going? I remember a conversation we had on FB about me making the infused olive oil (inspired from eating at Ezard in Melbourne) and making the bread to go with it. ahh i miss my FB... but no i will not return for now...

    Very happy with my latest results, soft, gooey bread with a slight crust..!

    So am gonna move on and find something else to conquer now, lol.
