The Horoscope Business
I read horoscopes, and I still do everyday. The only time I didn't, was points in my life when breakfast used to be stuffing two biscuits into my mouth, and coffee on the other hand on the way to another long day (ie. Meetings)
I enjoyed horoscopes, because I'd like to believe that everything happens for a reason even if it's only an excuse to feel better.
Good horoscope authors must understand the fact that people like to feel good about things; so chances are one day they will tell you that your future is bright as a brick, or that love will come your way, or the person who treated you like crap the other day actually didn't mean it. Or that one big break is coming, viola!
AND if you read about it enough, one day that one paragraph, one liner, is bound to answer all that depressed mystery of your life. Convinced? So for an offer of maybe $30, your life can be detailed RIGHT before your eyes, soooo subscribe a report now! Whatever.
Fact is, our lives revolve around simple things even if we like to deny it. Relationships, and Money.
