My dad calls me an autistic child the other day due to my inability to respect widely recognized authorities - I said from a personal perspective respect should be earned, and he said I am just autistic.

Autistic:
• a mental condition in which fantasy dominates over reality, as a symptom of schizophrenia and other disorders.

I still disagree.
No kidding I just think we're different.

If you want to employ a traditionalist you tell them job security, and if you want to employ generation X or Y for goodness sake tell 'em it's an opportunity.
